1. The service
QLDD (the “Service”) is software-as-a-service that helps hospital nursing departments and wards score supervision checklists, analyse results and prepare nursing quality reports. The Service is provided and operated by the QLDD development team (“we”, “us”). Once a legal entity is incorporated, the provider details on this page will be updated.
Each hospital (“Customer”) uses the Service through its own address, hospital-name.qldd.vn. Where a separate contract or agreement with a Customer differs from these terms, that contract prevails.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are issued to staff by the Customer's administrator. Users must change their temporary password on first sign-in and keep their password confidential.
- The Customer is responsible for assigning permissions, deactivating accounts of staff who leave and for all actions taken with its accounts.
- Tell your hospital administrator or us immediately if you suspect an account has been compromised.
3. Customer data
- Data entered into the Service (departments, staff, evaluations, reports, surveys, etc.) belongs to the Customer. We process it only to provide, maintain and support the Service for that Customer.
- Customers can export reports and summaries to Word/Excel at any time. On termination and upon the Customer's written request, we hand over a copy of the data and delete it from production systems.
- The Customer warrants it has a lawful basis to enter staff data and will not enter patient-identifying information beyond the optional record-number field.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not: access data of departments or hospitals outside their granted scope; scan, attack or overload the system; reverse-engineer or copy the software; or use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful under Vietnamese law.
5. AI-assisted features
The “Import a checklist from Word” feature provides a prompt that users paste into a third-party AI assistant themselves (for example Claude). QLDD servers do not send Customer data to any AI service. AI output is saved only as a draft checklist and must be reviewed by an authorised person at the Customer before it is published. Use of a third-party AI assistant is subject to that provider's terms.
6. Clinical responsibility
QLDD is a management and analytics tool. It is not a medical device and does not give clinical advice. Checklist content, grading thresholds and report commentary are decided by, and are the responsibility of, the Customer.
7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure, and give Customers advance notice of maintenance that may cause disruption. Any specific service levels are set out in the contract with each Customer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to a Customer does not exceed the fees that Customer paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event, unless the contract states otherwise.
9. Intellectual property
The QLDD software, interface and brand belong to us. Forms, checklists and documents provided by a Customer remain the Customer's.
10. Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top of this page and notify Customers before material changes take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes are to be resolved by negotiation first.
